  • 93% of Resort/Second home shoppers used the internet during their home search;
  • 56% of Resort/Second home buyers started their search online;
  • Search engines  were used by 20% of the home shoppers;
  • Florida lead the location search, followed by South Dakota, Oregon, South Carolina and Ohio;
